I can't use my e-mail

Do not worry, just follow these steps:

  1. Did you already follow the general steps? E-mail information.
  2. Visit http://noc1.creativepulses.nl/ and if noc1 is not working http://noc2.creativepulses.nl/

    On this NOC page you can find the most recent status for your server (on the basis of your hostname). If the status is 200, than the server is online. If that's NOT the case, than we have received an e-mail/sms on our mobile phones and are working on it. Thus, in that case you wouldn't have to do anything.

  3. Do you see status 200 but still can't visit your website?
    Visit: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and fill in your website.
    If there are problems, go to step 4.

  4. Go to http://helpdesk.managedwphosting.nl or mail us via intake@managedwphosting.nl
    At least mention in the e-mail the following information:
    Your domain, Your public IP address ( which you can find on www.watismijnip.nl ) and the steps you already have token.

    Attention: without your IP address we can't help you!
